He has over 30 years of experience in enterprise planning & architecture, information technology, cybersecurity, command, control (C2), computers, communications (C4), systems engineering, and acquisition and integration. He served for over 23 years as a U.S. Marine Corp “Mustang” – served both as an enlisted and commissioned officer of Marines, as well as in aviation, logistics, light armored reconnaissance, combat development, training & education, and acquisition commands during his military career prior to retirement in 2010.
